6

4

3
tablespoons spiced rum
2
tablespoons coconut rum
2
tablespoons amaretto
2
tablespoons orange-flavored liqueur
Maraschino cherry with stem
Lime slice

Directions

  • 1 In tall glass over ice, stir together pineapple juice, lime juice, spiced rum, coconut rum, amaretto and liqueur.
  • 2 Garnish with cherry and lime slice. Serve immediately.

Expert Tips

For a sweeter drink, add 1 teaspoon grenadine syrup.

You can mix up a batch of these cocktails in a pitcher, increasing the ingredients based on how many people you’re serving, and then pour into ice-filled glasses.

If you are making a cocktail recipe that lists the liquid ingredients in ounces, here’s the conversion: 2 tablespoons is equal to 1 fluid oz, 3 tablespoons = 1 1/2 oz and 4 tablespoons (or 1/4 cup) = 2 oz.
