  • 2 Stir in hot water, milk, uncooked Pasta and Sauce Mix. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.

Expert Tips

When the word florentine is used in the title of a recipe, it usually means that spinach will be one of the ingredients.

For easier thawing and draining of frozen chopped spinach, use a steel mesh strainer or colander. Blot with paper towels to remove excess water.

Well, While I was cooking it, noticed it had rateings. My bad. On the contraire, I continued to cook it anyway. I used everything it was saposed to have been made with, and it was great. It wasnt in the fridge longer then a day and a half and the whole thing was gone!I loved it. I cant wait to make it again.

My family members are not lovers of spinach. Those who did not like it said it was simply because of the spinach. They told me they would try it again if I put less spinach in it. 2 out of 4 persons liked it and even ate the left overs. I made a double batch so there would be left overs.

This dish was ok HOWEVER, I used only half of what was asked for the spinach. My Niece and nephews ate it but I am just not a fan of hamburger helper.
