Ingredients

plastic cups (9-oz size)
5
kiwifruit, peeled
3
tablespoons honey
1
cup water
4
craft sticks (flat wooden sticks with round ends)

Directions

  • 1 Place plastic cups in rectangular pan.
  • 2 In blender, place 4 of the kiwifruit and the honey. Cover; blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until pureed. Add water. Pulse to combine.
  • 3 Cut remaining kiwifruit into 4 slices. Place 1 slice in bottom of each cup. Insert stick into slice.
  • 4 Divide mixture evenly among cups. Freeze about 2 hours or until firm. To serve, remove from cups.

Recipe can be easily doubled or tripled.

For smaller pops, use 3-oz plastic cups.

If you prefer a sweeter pop, add 1 to 2 additional tablespoons honey.
