can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)

cup Key lime juice

drops green food color, if desired

container (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed

packages (2.1 oz each) frozen mini fillo dough shells
Red grapes, if desired
  • 1 In large bowl, beat condensed milk, lime juice and food color with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and thickened. Fold in whipped topping.
  • 2 Spoon heaping teaspoonful lime mixture into each fillo shell. Cover; refrigerate tarts until set, at least 1 hour but no longer than 24 hours. Garnish with red grapes.

Why does the recipe say garnish with respberries but the picture shows red grapes?

Absolutely delicious. To make it easier, after I mix the filling together I place it into a ziplock bag. Cut a small piece off the end & pipe into fillo shells. Top with a fresh raspberry.

This was phenomenal, especially when frozen. But, beware of the time between making them and serving them because the shell gets soggy after a while.
