Ingredients

  • 2 pouches (14 oz) Betty Crocker™ White Chip Macadamia Nut Cookie Mix
  • 2/3 cup butter, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup dried cranberries
  • Grated peel of 1 medium orange

Steps

  • 1
Heat oven to 350°F. Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, leaving edge hanging over 2 sides of pan. Spray foil with cooking spray.
  • 2
In medium bowl, mix both cookie mixes, butter and eggs. Stir in cranberries and orange peel. Pat mixture evenly in pan.
  • 3
Bake 22 to 25 minutes or until golden brown and just set in middle. Cool completely, at least 30 minutes.

Using foil as handles, remove bars from pan. Cut edges off bars, then cut in 4 rows by 4 rows.

Tips from the Betty Crocker Kitchens

  • tip 1
If you aren’t worried about making even bars for giving away, you can skip the foil, and just spray the pan.
  • tip 2
    Store bars in airtight container.
