Five ingredient and 20 minutes is all it takes to make this great pizza - perfect if you love Island cuisine.
Italian bread shell or ready-to-serve pizza crust (12 inches in diameter)
can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
cups cubed cooked chicken
can (8 ounces) pineapple tidbits, well drained
cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 ounces)
Heat oven to 400º. Place bread shell on ungreased cookie sheet.
Spread tomato sauce over bread shell. Top with chicken and pineapple. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until pizza is hot and cheese is melted.
The great escape! You're off to Hawaii when you serve up this pizza. Can't find pineapple tidbits? Crushed pineapple, very well drained, can be used instead.
