Ingredients

4
tablespoons light gourmet spreadable cheese with garlic and herbs (from 4 to 6.5-oz. container)
4
thin slices (2 oz.) cooked ham (from deli)
4
cups purchased Tuscany field salad greens (from 8-oz. pkg.)
10
cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1/4
cup purchased balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing
  • 1 Spread 1 tablespoon spreadable cheese on one side of each slice of ham. Roll up ham; cut each roll into quarters.
  • 2 Divide salad greens evenly onto individual serving plates. Top each with 8 ham rolls and 10 cherry tomato halves. Drizzle with salad dressing.

Expert Tips

Chive and onion cream cheese can be used in place of the garlic herb cheese spread. Any salad greens blend can be substituted for the Tuscany greens blend.

A glass of white wine and a crusty French roll with butter adds a touch of elegance to this salad.
