cup firmly packed arugula or spinach leaves

radishes, sliced (2 tablespoons)
  1. In small bowl, mix mayonnaise, horseradish, vinegar and pepper. Spread about 1 tablespoon mayonnaise mixture on each bread slice.
  2. Layer ham and arugula alternately on bread. Top with radishes.
