My husband and I enjoyed this, but I had to pretty much double the seasonings. I would make it again!

I followed the recipe exactly and it was good, the smell of the cumin was stronger than the actual taste. I'd make it again.

This is a great, easy recipe. My husband loved it and so did my two toddlers. I didn't want to open a full can of tomato paste for the small amount that it called for, so I used ketchup instead. I also didn't have fresh ginger root on hand so I used a half tsp of ground ginger. I have made this twice, once with brown rice on the side and once with quinoa. Great flavor and will be making this again and again!
