I made this yesterday and it was delicious! I did add some garlic and zuchinni as well. I used a balsamic vinagrette grilling oil and the flavor was great! Will make again!

This is wonderful! Served it as the main course for Father's Day; It was easy to make, and it was a big hit! I added green peppers and pineapple (thank you, jmo23--a wonderful addition!), and substituted the frozen onions with chunked Spanish onions. Served it with fresh-baked bread (bread machine) and a salad.

This was pretty good - We added a red bell pepper cut into 1 inch pieces. Our guests loved it - and we loved not having to load skewers!! I added tomatoes because I knew my guests liked them - but if I were making this for myself, I would maybe use sun-dried tomatoes.
