Expert Tips

Serve grilled chicken with a crisp green salad and crusty rolls.

Raspberries come in three colors--black, golden and red, with red being the most common. Take advantage of the seasonal selection by using whatever homegrown berries are available.

This was excellent, and made for fantastic leftovers. Much easier to make it on the Sunday then ahead of time then have it for dinner after work on Monday.

We LOVED this recipe. It''s so easy, with very few ingredients, and comes out looking beautiful and tasting unbelievably delicious. We had a few friends over for dinner and they all ooed and awed with every bite, and then asked for the recipe.

Very nice and healthy dish, i can see a whole family enjoying it as an alternative to traditional boring roast. The sweetness of the jam and tang of mustard makes such a nice gravy-like sauce. I have found it a lot quicker and easier to bake it as oppose to grill it and even tried adding some rosemary and ginger for a stronger flavour! Very nice and ceratinly healthy
