EXPERT TIPS

Expert Tips

Skip the fries, and serve these burgers with tortilla chips and a chilled fruit salad. Don't forget the extra salsa!

Lean ground beef is a good choice, too, for these south-of-the-border burgers.

These were so good and so easy to make! I made it with 96 % lean ground turkey, which makes it even more healthy and it still tastes great!

I made this with ground turkey (my local supermarket does not carry ground chicken). Despite the fact I am not a big fan of turkey - I thought these burgers were fabulous! I will make again and again.
