Ingredients

1/4: cup cream cheese, softened

1: package (14 oz) prebaked original Italian pizza crust (12 inch)

1/4: cup crushed pineapple, well drained

1: package (3.5 oz) pizza-style Canadian-style bacon

1/2: cup chopped red bell pepper

1: cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz)

Directions

1 Heat coals or gas grill for direct heat. Spread cream cheese on pizza crust to within 1/4 inch of edge. Top with pineapple, Canadian bacon and red pepper. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
2 Cover and grill over medium-low heat 7 to 9 minutes, moving pizza around grill every 2 minutes to prevent bottom from burning, until cheese is melted.
3 Cut pizza into 36 squares. Serve immediately.
