Yogurt Sauce

1/2: cup Yoplait® Fat Free plain yogurt (from 2-lb container)

1/4: cup chopped red onion

1/4: cup chopped cucumber

Burgers

1: lb lean ground turkey

1/2: cup Yoplait® Fat Free plain yogurt (from 2-lb container)

1: teaspoon dried oregano leaves

1/2: teaspoon garlic powder

1/2: teaspoon salt

1/2: teaspoon pepper

4: whole wheat burger buns, split

Save $$$ on your favorite brands

1 Heat gas or charcoal grill. In small bowl, mix sauce ingredients; refrigerate until serving.
2 In medium bowl, mix all burger ingredients except buns. Shape mixture into 4 patties, about 1/2 inch thick and 5 inches in diameter.
3 Place patties on grill over medium heat. Cover grill; cook 8 to 10 minutes, turning after 5 minutes, until thermometer inserted in center of patties reads 165°F. Serve patties in buns with sauce.

I like these okay, the sause tastes funny with out the burger. I use a little less red onion because its a little strong. These are good for a turkey burger recipe.
