Place grilled chicken in buns with lettuce leaves, tomatoes and mustard.
Cut grilled chicken into strips. Add to romaine, and drizzle with raspberry vinaigrette or your favorite salad dressing.
Cut grilled chicken into bite-size pieces. Mix with mayonnaise, chopped celery and onion, salt and pepper. Use as a sandwich filling, to stuff tomatoes or to cut-up fresh vegetables or fruits.
