EXPERT TIPS

Expert Tips

If you're watching fat grams, use reduced-fat sour cream or reduced-fat or fat-free plain yogurt instead of regular sour cream. To complete the menu, add a crisp green salad of romaine lettuce topped with fresh orange slices drizzled with your favorite reduced-fat dressing.

if you want to keep the grd. beef together, after meat is cooked and drained, mash in some refried beans; it acts as a binder and will stick the meat together nicely. i'll been doing this for years. hope this helps you

Just a suggestion and/or variation. Try using ground turkey instead of hamburger. It chops up finer and makes it easier to keep in the biscuit as you prep.
