Ingredients

Ice cubes

tablespoons gin (3 oz)

cup plus 2 tablespoons tonic water (5 oz)

lime slice

Directions

  • 1 In highball or tall glass over ice, mix gin and tonic water. Garnish with lime slice.

Expert Tips

For more citrus flavor, squeeze 1 teaspoon of lime juice into the cocktail.

It’s easy to set up an “assembly line” to make as many of these gin and tonics as needed.
