A refreshing "G & T" is the perfect summer cocktail, just the right beverage for an evening on the porch, warm weather grill-out or gathering of friends.

Ingredients

  • Ice cubes
  • 6 tablespoons gin (3 oz)
  • 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons tonic water (5 oz)
  • 1 lime slice

Steps

    In highball or tall glass over ice, mix gin and tonic water. Garnish with lime slice.

    For more citrus flavor, squeeze 1 teaspoon of lime juice into the cocktail.

    It’s easy to set up an “assembly line” to make as many of these gin and tonics as needed.
