1/2: cup butter or margarine, softened

1: egg

1: pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker® chocolate chip cookie mix

1/3: cup unsweetened baking cocoa

1/4: cup water

1: container (1 lb) Betty Crocker® Rich & Creamy coconut pecan frosting

Save $$$ on your favorite brands

1 Heat oven to 375°F. In medium bowl, stir together butter and egg. Stir in cookie mix, cocoa and water until soft dough forms.
2 Onto ungreased cookie sheet, drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart.
3 Bake 7 to 9 minutes or until cookies are set. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 15 minutes.
4 Generously frost cookies with coconut pecan frosting.

When I made this cookie I goofed and used chocolate cookie mix, without the chocolate chips or chunks. They were still fantastic, and one fellow declared they were the best cookies he has ever had! He picked all of this kind off the cookie tray and took them home, and I ended up making another batch just for him. They were easy, and the coconut pecan frosting really made them good
