Garden Salad with Honey French Dressing

cup ketchup

tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar

tablespoons honey

tablespoon vegetable oil

tablespoon water

cups bite-size pieces romaine or red leaf lettuce

medium cucumber, peeled, chopped (2/3 cup)

medium tomato, chopped (3/4 cup)

cup chopped red onion

1/4

cup raisins

tablespoons sunflower nuts

cup crumbled blue cheese (2 oz)

• 1 In large bowl, mix all dressing ingredients until well blended.
• 2 Add romaine, cucumber, tomato and onion; toss to mix. Sprinkle with raisins, sunflower nuts and cheese. Serve with dressing.
