This was one of the best pudding cakes I have ever eaten, and it was so easy to prepare. What I like most about this recipe is that it does not use eggs or butter. I could eat this desert without feeling guiity. In addition, I used powder skim milk. I did not serve it with ice cream, the chocolate sauce was perfect for this pudding cake. Definite this will be one of my favorite deserts.

I made this at the end of a long and tiring day. It was very easy and loved by all! Even the cleanup was a breeze. At four grams of fat per serving, you can even indulge a little bit and nto regret it.
