Try this fun frozen treat as a quick sweet that is easy to make!

Ingredients

Fiber One™ 90 calorie chocolate chip cookies (from 5.34-oz box)
1
container (5.3 oz) Yoplait® Greek 100 protein strawberry cheesecake yogurt
1
paper lollipop stick

Directions

  • 1 Using a 2-inch biscuit cutter, cut out two round cookies. Place a dollop of yogurt on one cookie and place in freezer. Use remaining yogurt for another use.
  • 2 After 5 minutes, top yogurt with remaining cookie. Place lollipop stick in yogurt between cookies. Let freeze completely, about 25 minutes.

Paper lollipop sticks can be found at craft stores and in some grocery stores; they come in a variety of colors and sizes; most any size should work for this recipe.
