I MADE THESE COOKIES TODAY AND THEY ARE GOOD. NEXT TIME I'M GOING TO ADD ABOUT 3/4 C. OF COCONUT TO THE COOKIE MIXTURE AND ANOTHER BAG OF THE WELCH'S DRIED FRUIT. I MADE A DOUBLE BATCH AND MIXED IT WELL BUT SOME OF THE COOKIES DIDN'T HAVE ANY FRUIT OR MAYBE JUST 1 PIECE OF FRUIT IN THEM. THERE IS ONLY ABOUT 1C. AND 1/2 OF FRUIT IN THE BAG. VERY EASY AND CERTAINLY WORTH MAKING.
