(10-inch) skewers

onion, cubed

cherry tomatoes

lb boneless pork chops, 1 inch thick, cut into 1-inch cubes

tablespoon basil pesto
1
tablespoon olive oil
  1. Heat grill pan over medium heat.
  2. On each skewer, thread onion, tomato and pork, repeating twice.
  3. In small bowl, mix pesto and olive oil. Brush mixture on skewers.
  4. Grill about 6 minutes on each side or until pork is no longer pink in center.
