This bread was only OK. I was disappointed. I think the "5 minute artisan bread" is tastier, in the quick yeast breads category.

This is quite good, but I have a quibble with the recipe. The nutritional information is for "one slice," but there is no indication how many slices to cut the bread into because there is no information on the total number of servings. I am going to have to enter all the recipe items into a database and experiment with different numbers of servings to see what the suggested serving size is. Since this is a lighter recipe, it's important to either have a more precise serving size (e.g., 2 ounces), or to have a total number of slices for the loaf in order to determine what is meant by "one slice."
