Easy Deep Dish Pizza

Easy Deep Dish Pizza

This isn't my recipe at all, but an old recipe that I took off a Bisquick box many years ago (late 70's). I used this quite a bit since I was a young bride at the time. We all loved this recipe.

I remember this recipe from the 70's! It tastes like the best Chicago deep dish pizza. Thanks for posting it. I'm going to make it with gluten-free Bisquick and fresh ingredients tonight. I prefer the mozzarella too.

I really liked this! It was easy, quick an yummy! I used one 9x13 pan and it worked just fine. Didn't have any mushrooms but that didn't matter at all. I also added some pepperoni on top and used fresh mozzarella (just because i had it and it needed to be used up anyways) on one half. Thank you for this recipe, i will for sure make that a again. It makes a perfect family dinner!
