Easy Cherry and Peach Clafoutis

can (14.5 oz) pitted tart red cherries in water, well drained

can (15.25 oz) sliced peaches in syrup, drained

1/3

cup slivered almonds

2/3

cup Original Bisquick® mix

1/2

cup granulated sugar

1

cup milk

1 1/2

teaspoons vanilla

eggs

teaspoon powdered sugar

• 1 Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 10-inch round shallow baking dish with cooking spray. Evenly distribute cherries, peaches and almonds in baking dish.
• 2 In medium bowl, beat Bisquick mix, granulated sugar, milk, vanilla and eggs with electric mixer on medium speed 2 minutes. Pour over fruit mixture.
• 3 Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve warm.
