cup sour cream

cup mayonnaise

tablespoons finely chopped fresh Italian (flat-leaf) parsley

tablespoons finely chopped fresh chives

teaspoon garlic paste
Salt and pepper

to 1/2 cup buttermilk
  1. In medium bowl, stir together sour cream, mayonnaise, parsley, chives and garlic paste. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Add 1/3 cup buttermilk. If mixture is too thick, add more buttermilk 1 tablespoon at a time until desired thickness.
  3. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving to blend flavors.
