DIY Ranch Dressing
cup sour cream
tablespoons finely chopped fresh Italian (flat-leaf) parsley
tablespoons finely chopped fresh chives
teaspoon garlic paste
Salt and pepper
to 1/2 cup buttermilk
In medium bowl, stir together sour cream, mayonnaise, parsley, chives and garlic paste. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Add 1/3 cup buttermilk. If mixture is too thick, add more buttermilk 1 tablespoon at a time until desired thickness.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving to blend flavors.
Recipe can be easily doubled or tripled.
Add hot sauce to spice up your dressing.
