cups popped popcorn

cup raisins, dried cranberries or chopped dried apricots

cup whole almonds

tablespoons unsalted butter

tablespoon curry powder

teaspoon salt
1
tablespoon granulated sugar
  1. Toss together popcorn, raisins or cranberries and almonds in a large bowl.
  2. Melt together the butter, curry powder, salt and sugar. Pour over the popcorn and toss to coat, adding more seasoning to taste.
