package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 oz)

cup sweetened dried cranberries
1/4
cup golden raisins
1/4
cup finely chopped red onion

tablespoons apple juice

tablespoon curry powder

cup chopped cocktail peanuts

apples, cut into 12 slices each

pears, cut into 12 slices each
  1. In large bowl, beat all ingredients except peanuts, apples and pears with electric mixer on medium speed 2 to 3 minutes until well mixed and fluffy.
  2. Spoon cheese mixture onto plastic wrap; shape into a ball. Coat cheese ball with peanuts. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Serve with apple and pear slices.
Makes 24 servings (1 tablespoon cheese and 3 fruit slices each)
