Crème Brûlée Cheesecake Bars

Ingredients

Crust

Filling & Topping

  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2/3 cup toffee bits, finely crushed

Instructions

  • Step

    Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray bottom and sides of a 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.

    In a large bowl, stir all Crust ingredients until a soft dough forms. Press dough in the bottom and 1/2 inch up the sides of the pan.

    In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, and granulated sugar with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Add 1 egg, 3 egg yolks, and 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla; beat until smooth. Spread over crust in pan.

    Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until set in the center. Immediately sprinkle the top with crushed toffee bits.

    Cool 30 minutes. Refrigerate for about 3 hours or until chilled. For 36 bars, cut into 9 rows by 4 rows. Store covered in the refrigerator.
