Recipe Ingredients

Here’s a breakdown of the essential Crème Brûlée Cheesecake Bars ingredients that will help you appreciate the magic behind this prize-winning dessert recipe.

Sugar Cookie Mix: This is your shortcut to a fantastic foundation. It provides the primary dry ingredients for a sweet, tender, and easy-to-press cookie crust.

French Vanilla Instant Pudding and Pie Filling Mix: It adds a wonderful depth of French vanilla flavor, extra moisture, and helps create that perfectly soft and slightly chewy texture in your crust.

Brown Sugar: Brown sugar brings a lovely caramel note and extra moisture, contributing to a richer flavor and a more tender crust.

Butter: Melted butter brings all the dry ingredients together and adds richness.

Cream Cheese: The star of any cheesecake! Softened cream cheese is crucial for achieving that signature tangy, rich, and incredibly smooth cheesecake filling.

Sour Cream: This ingredient adds a delightful tanginess and extra moisture, contributing to the velvety smooth texture of the cheesecake. It also helps prevent cracks, ensuring a beautiful finish.

Toffee Bits: These finely crushed toffee bits provide a delightful crunch and a sweet, buttery, caramelized flavor that perfectly mimics the torched sugar topping of traditional crème brûlée, without needing a torch!

Other Ingredients You’ll Need: Eggs, vanilla, granulated sugar
