pepper225:this recipe worked perfectly for me. Just like my flourless chocolate cake (which has NO flour) the eggs are what gave me the pie/brownie like consistency. I have a chocolate pecan tart also that uses 1 tablespoon of flour and it bakes up well, too. It was very good.

This recipe seems to be missing an ingredient; using only 1 Tablespoon of flour does not give the pie a solid consistency. I believe that at least 1/2 cup of flour or more is needed to ensure that the pie is a pie and not just watery chocolate.
