I made this dish last night and it was amazing. The salt brings out the watermelon and mango flavor while the onion and japeleno balance the salsa. I didnt have applewood seasoning on hand so I just used oil , s&p, and the remaining lime juice. turned out great

I made the salsa for a neighborhood get together last weekend. It was a huge hit. One of the guests had three helpings. I will make it again and again. We used it with tortilla chips, but will definitely try it on chicken next time.

This came out really well My family said. They said MOM its a keeper! The WaterMelon/Mango Salsa WAS TO DIE FOR!My Husband cooked the Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breast in foil on the Grill. After it was ready. He put the chicken straight on the grill, and added a Honey BQue Sauce. Just long enough on both sides to burn the BQue Sauce a little.Ohhh, So very good! We also Had Fresh Green beans straight from the garden! excellent meal.
