I give this recipe a 3 because while it was good I did have to make adjustments. After preparing this according to recipe I knew that there was not going to be enough fluids for the potatoes and they would get crispy and burn. So I added cream of chicken soup with 1/2 the can refilled with milk ( used skim)and then about 3 tbsp melted butter. I mixed that and poured over top and then mixed it in with what was already prepared. I also used extra cheese (shredded). It came out very moist and full of flavor. I will make this again but with the changes mentioned here.

Although the taste was not horrible and my 8 year old liked it, the rest of the family couldn't get past the smell. The baked broccoli filled the house with an odor of rotten trash. It was, however, very easy to make and not unpalatable. If you can get past the smell, this isn't a bad recipe.
