Ingredients

3/4: cup sugar

1/2: cup packed brown sugar

1/2: cup butter softened

1/2: cup peanut butter

1: tsp vanilla extract

1: egg eggs

1 1/2: cups all purpose flour

1: tsp baking soda

1/2: tsp salt

Directions

1 Preheat oven to 375 F
2 In medium bowl mix sugar,brown sugar,and butter until creamy
3 Mix in peanut butter,vanilla extract,egg,blend well
4 In small bowl mix baking soda,salt and flour until well blended,
5 Slowly add flour mixture to sugar mix until dough forms
6 Make dough into 1 inch balls,place on ungreased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart,flatten with fork in criss cross pattern
7 Bake 6-9 min or until golden

The cookie recipe was great! Especially when i only had flower and not a bisquick mix around. The only problem I had was that the time was a little off. In my oven it took like 7 minutes to cook nice and brown on the outside yet still nice and soft on the inside. I was tempted to go over 7 minutes, the longest time I went was 9 minutes and those came out nice and crispy. Thanks for the recipe! It was really easy to make and understand
