3
cups Original Bisquick® mix
1
teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2
teaspoon garlic powder
2/3
cup water
2
tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1/2
cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2
cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1
cup pizza sauce
  • 1 Heat oven to 425ºF. Grease cookie sheet. Mix Bisquick, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and water until dough forms. Turn dough onto surface dusted with Bisquick; gently roll in Bisquick to coat. Knead 10 times.
  • 2 Roll dough into 18x10-inch rectange. Brush with melted butter. Sprinkle with cheeses. Tightly roll up dough; pinch edge to seal. Cut roll into eighteen 1-inch slices. Place on cookie sheet.
  • 3 Bake 11 to 13 minutes or until golden. Heat pizza sauce until hot. Dip pinwheels into sauce.

Expert Tips

Out of Italian seasoning? Use 2 teaspoons chopped fresh or 1 teaspoon dried basil instead.

Count to 10...mixing and kneading Pinwheel dough too much will make them tough.

Really was not crazy about this recipe. They look very good in the picture. They came out dry and I threw most out. Definately will not make again.
