Our after-school snack quesadillas are bursting with bananas, peanut butter, honey and Cheerios and ready in just 10 minutes!
whole-wheat flour tortillas (9 inch)
tablespoons peanut butter
cup Cheerios™ cereal
medium banana, thinly sliced (1 cup)
Over each tortilla, spread 1 tablespoon peanut butter. Over half of each peanut butter-topped tortilla, sprinkle half of the cereal. Arrange half of the bananas over cereal; drizzle with 1 teaspoon honey.
Fold tortillas over filling, then cut each in half, making 4 triangles.
If you prefer, softened cream cheese can be substituted for the peanut butter.
For easy spreading, use the back of a spoon.
