Sweet pineapple juice and coconut rum bring tropical flavor to this creamy cocktail smoothie.

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/3 cup coconut rum liqueur
  • 1 bag (7.6 oz) Yoplait® Frozen Smoothie strawberry mango pineapple

Steps

    In blender, place pineapple juice, liqueur and contents of Yoplait® Frozen Smoothie bag. Cover; blend on high speed 1 minute to 1 minute 30 seconds, stopping blender to scrape down sides as necessary, until smooth. Pour into glasses.

    For a drink without alcohol, omit liqueur and replace with 1/3 cup canned cream of coconut (not coconut milk).

    Serve these tropical smoothies in plastic margarita glasses; top each with a mini paper umbrella.

    Like a creamier version? Decrease the pineapple juice to 1/2 cup and add 1/4 cup milk.
