PREP TIME 5 minutes
TOTAL TIME 11 minutes
SERVINGS 24

1: cake mix

1/2: cup butter

2: eggs

2: tablespoons vegetable oil

1: teaspoon vanilla extract

Save $$$ on your favorite brands

1 Cream butter. Add oil, vanilla & eggs and beat together. Stir in cake mix
2 If you want chocolate chip cookies, use a yellow cake mix and add in 1 c. choclate chips. You can make chocolate cookies using chocolate cake mix, make lemon cookies using lemon cake mix, etc.
3 Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes, and let cool for 5 minutes before removing.

Enter your review here...I just made these cookies for a church function. I used a devils food chocolate cake mix and added 1C. Andes Creme De Menthe baking chips. They smell good and taste even better. Yummy, quick and easy - what more could you ask for!

just made these as whoppie pies for a Halloween party at work. used french vanilla cake mix with orange extract. creamy white frosting tinted black. also tinted the cake mix orange. real halloween looking.

Great moist cookies! I used lemon cake mix and dyed them pink for a Valentine's day bake sale. Super cheap, easy and worth trying. If I'm ever rushed I'll be making these again in different flavours. Worth a try
