My husband flipped over this dish and declared that the recipe was a keeper! It was very tasty -- spicy, but not too much so -- creamy, but not too rich. I was also easy to make. I couldn't find the fire-roasted tomatoes, but the regular ones seemed to do just fine. Be sure to serve it with a crusty loaf of bread so you can sop up the yummy sauce!

This recipe was a big hit, very tasty and easy to make. I did not have fire roasted tomatoes so I used regular and I also used smoked venison sausage. This will be made again and again.
