tablespoons Mexican chili powder

tablespoons ground cumin

tablespoons kosher (coarse) salt

tablespoon ground cinnamon

tablespoon black pepper

tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes

tablespoon arbol chile powder
  1. In medium bowl, stir all ingredients until well combined.
  2. Divide among 3 (4-oz) jars or containers with tight-fitting lids. Cover.

If you cannot find arbol chile powder, substitute ground red pepper (cayenne).
