Ready to party in 20 minutes, our bean dip is made with Northern beans and crumbled blue cheese. We suggest serving them with Green Giant Cheddar tortilla chips.

Ingredients

can (15.8 oz) great Northern beans, drained, rinsed

clove garlic, finely chopped
1/2
cup crumbled blue cheese (2 oz)

tablespoons finely chopped onion
1
tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
1/2
teaspoon dried thyme leaves
2
tablespoons milk
1
teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1
bag roasted veggie zesty Cheddar tortilla chips

Directions

  • 1 On food processor, place all ingredients except chips. Cover; process with on-and-off pulses until smooth.
  • 2 Garnish dip with extra crumbled blue cheese, if desired. Serve with chips.

Expert Tips

Water can be substituted for the milk in this recipe.

More liquid can be added for a thinner dip.
