I made this recipe last night for my family. They thought they were eating potatoes and loved it. It is absolutely delicious -- very flavorful! The only change I made involved adding bacon bits before processing in the Cuisinart. I then spooned the mixture into a baking dish, topped it with additional chives and baked it for a few minutes while the main course was finishing up in the oven. I will definitely make this again -- a real keeper!!!
