So Tender You Can Cut With A Fork! If you use deer steak you cant hardly tast the wild.

cups milk
1/2
teaspoon kitchen bouquet browning&seasoning sauce
1/3
teaspoon/or to tast salt
1/3
teaspoon/or to tast pepper

cups self rising flour
1
can cream of mushroom(campbells)
1
can cream of mushroom with roasted garlic(campbells)
1 1/2
pounds extra tenderised beef or deer steaks
1
cup frying oil
1
large onion
1
can water or milk using your soup can( more water if you dont like the gravy thik

  • 1 First in large bowl add milk,and browning sauce and stir,then add steaks. Make shure all steak is cover by milk mixture. Let set while you pepare every thing eles.
  • 2 Then add your salt and pepper to flour in seprate large bowl.
  • 3 In large deep skillet heat oil. Oil is ready when a pinch of flour doesnt sink,and starts to fry.
  • 4 When oil is ready drain meat (a peace at a time) and cover with flour. Then put into oil and brown on medeam heat. You dont want the meat fully cooked.
  • 5 After done with the meat add a can of mushrooms and your onion to oil untill onions are tender. Drain grease and dispose.
  • 6 In the same skillet add your cream of mushroom,cream of mushroom with roasted garlic,mushrooms and onions,and one can of water. Mix well then add your steaks. Bring to a boil then lower heat and simmer for 30 min.
  • 7 Serve over rice.

Expert Tips

Short on time make in advance. In step six you could also add every thing together in a slow cooker on loweast heat and save for dinner.

I made this and it turned out great. I could not find the browning seasing so i left that out. I added mushrooms. I also used steak. Very good. Easy to do.
