About 2 tablespoons rub mixture

tablespoon packed brown sugar
teaspoon lemon pepper
teaspoon dried basil leaves
teaspoon garlic powder
teaspoon seasoning salt
  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Spread rub evenly on 1 pound boneless meat (fish, chicken or pork). Cover and refrigerate 15 minutes. Grill meat as desired.
