This meal is so easy to make yet delicious. The idea was to get a perfect comfort meal with less efforts. Serve it over rice or with tortilla. Even my husband who hates vinegar taste loves this dish.

pounds boneless pork country ribs

tablespoons pickling spice

cups soy sauce

cup vinegar (any kind)

cup garlic powder

cup ketchup

cup brown sugar
  • 1 Heat the oven for 300 degrees
  • 2 Cut pork into small cubes (about 2 inches), put the pickling spice into 2 small pockets of tin foil (2 tbs each pocket) fold them closed and poke some holes then place them on the bottom of the roast pan. Place the cubed pork; mix in soy sauce, vinegar and garlic powder, bake it covered with for 2 hours.
  • 3 After 2 hours, mix in ketchup and brown sugar, then bake them uncover for another hour.
  • 4 Serve it over rice or with flour tortilla. If you like it spicy, chilly paste will be good with it too.
