bacon-wrapped beef filet mignons (5 oz each)
Salt and pepper
Place cast-iron skillet on campfire grate. Season filets with salt and pepper.
When skillet is hot, add filets. Cook about 4 minutes on each side for medium doneness, turning once.
Let filets rest 5 minutes before slicing.
Bacon is typically salty, so be sure to only lightly salt filets.
