2: cups Original Bisquick® mix

1 1/2: cups milk

2: eggs

1: cup shredded Swiss cheese (4 ounces)

1/2: cup crumbled cooked bacon

Save $$$ on your favorite brands

1 Heat waffle iron; grease with cooking spray, vegetable oil or shortening.
2 Stir Bisquick, milk and eggs in large bowl until blended. Stir in cheese and bacon. Pour onto center of hot waffle iron. Close lid of waffle iron.
3 Bake until steaming stops and waffle is golden brown. Carefully remove waffle.

I used cheddar instead of swiss because thats what I had, and I couldn't really tell there was cheese mixed in. Swiss has a more distinct flavor so next time I'll stick to the recipe, they were good.
