cup bourbon

cup apple cider

cups ginger ale

apple rings, halved
Ground nutmeg, if desired
  • 1 Fill 8 glasses with ice. In 4-cup measuring cup, mix bourbon and cider. Divide evenly among glasses.
  • 2 Add 1/4 cup ginger ale to each glass. Garnish each glass with apple ring half; lightly sprinkle with nutmeg. Serve immediately.

To make this drink ahead of time, mix the bourbon and apple cider and refrigerate several hours or overnight; add the ginger ale just before serving.
