  1. Fill 8 glasses with ice. In 4-cup measuring cup, mix bourbon and cider. Divide evenly among glasses.
  2. Add 1/4 cup ginger ale to each glass. Garnish each glass with apple ring half; lightly sprinkle with nutmeg. Serve immediately.
