1 1/2: lb fresh asparagus spears

1: tablespoon olive or vegetable oil

: Salt and pepper to taste

Save $$$ on your favorite brands

1 Heat gas or charcoal grill.
2 Brush asparagus with oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place on grill or in grill basket (grill “wok”). Place on grill over medium heat. Cover grill; cook 5 minutes. Turn asparagus or shake basket to turn asparagus; cook 3 to 4 minutes longer or until lightly browned and crisp-tender.
3 Place asparagus on serving platter.

Try Garlic salt and Lemon Pepper spice instead of salt & pepper. Drizzle with olive oil first. throw on the grill and toss 2 or 3 times. Great with grilled fish!
